Swag & Ballyhoo Fine Art is the creative vision of British artist Mark Stubbs, whose distinctive approach combines contemporary expression, playful sophistication and a passion for the unexpected.
Working from his studio in Norfolk, Mark creates original artworks that challenge convention and celebrate individuality. His work brings together expressive linework, bold compositions, subtle humour and an unmistakable sense of character.
Alongside his artistic career, Mark is a practising medical doctor and university educator. His background has shaped a fascination with people, personality and the stories that make us unique — influences that are reflected throughout his artwork.
From iconic figures and automotive culture to animals, everyday objects and bespoke commissions, his collections are deliberately eclectic, united by a recognisable artistic identity.
At the heart of Swag & Ballyhoo is a simple philosophy: fine art should be sophisticated without being serious, distinctive without being predictable, and above all, something that makes you feel something.
